Project description

Implementation of LNG Reloading Station within the existing Oil Terminal located in KLAIPEDA – LITHUANIA; The Project consist in:  – LNG Unloading facilities :      

•  LNG Carriers from 1 400 m3 to 25 000 m3 – Unloading flow of 1 000 m3/h.
•  LNG will come from FSRU “Independance” located nearby.

– ​LNG Storage: Horizontal pressurized tanks of 1 000 m3 storage capacity each   

• Stage 1 : 3 units
• Stage 2 : 2 additional (5 in total)
• Stage 3 : 1 additional (6 in total)
• Stage 4 : 4 additional (10 in total)

– LNG Bunkering:

• Bunkering of LNG at a maximum flowrate of 500 m3/h for oil tanker (1 000 m3) or ferries (500 m3)

– LNG Truck Loading: Loading of LNG in Trucks (50 m3 – 7 barg) up to a maximum flowrate of 100 m3/h

• Stage 1 : 3 Truck Loading Bays
• Stage 3 : 2 additional (5 in total)

– Supply Fuel Gas for Oil Terminal Boiler using Ambient Air Vaporiser and Electric Heater (100 Nm3/h to 6 000 Nm3/h)

• Task 2 – FEED and QRA
• Task 3 – EIA and Correction of Detailed Plan
• Task 4 – Reimbursable part if necessary
