The purpose of Project Management is to determine the particular objectives of each project and to tailor the project driving activities to suit as there are not two projects that are similar, whatever the current belief may be.

From EPCs to FEEDs, lump-sum turnkey to reimbursable, from LNG terminals to compression stations, all through the gas chain, in all countries and whatever the project size or type, all projects are managed and controlled by a team dedicated to achieve success.

SERVICES
The Project Management provides the Project Management and Control resources for projects in the execution phase after they have been transferred from the Business Development.
The Project Management team has the responsibility to lead the project to its conclusion within the assigned cost and time objectives, in full compliance with SOFREGAZ QHSE Policy.
