The Procurement of SOFREGAZ is composed of highly experienced people in the sourcing of international projects. The core of our activities concerns equipment and subcontracting within dedicated or integrated teams .

ACTIVITIES
Procurement activities are involved in all types of projects [turnkey, reimbursable, FEED, PMC,...].
Our activities includes the complete Procurement cycle from receipt of the requisition up to delivery. This cycle includes enquiry, bid evaluation, issue of purchase order, organisation of kick-off meeting, expediting, inspection, shipping and traffic management for Equipment including but not limited to Package, Machinery, Bulk material, services and Sub contracts for Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, etc...

SERVICES
Purchasing, Sub-contracts, Expediting and Inspection,
Shipping management, Vendor’s invoice audit.

LOCATION
Our procurement activities are performed either in SOFREGAZ’ main office in Saint-Denis, France for national or international projects or from other countries with an international list of vendors (references in more than 30 countries).
